corresponded with our staff to make and adjust all updates he requested since his website purchase. He stated he was hospitalized for 24 days and that was all. he never requested a refund. We did have some site issues last week as we did have some server updates prior to the holiday as our customer service girl [redacted] explained to him. We built his site out and corresponded with him every time he have requested an update, change or needed technical assistance.
