Thank you for the opportunity to respond to the above referenced complaintHere is a summary of the history on this account:In March of | presented [redacted] with a developed website that far exceeded the original agreementAt that time we agreed that we would not set a deadline for the completion of the site; but that it would occur within the next few months because the scope of the work had changedIn addition, not only would we not charge him for the change order (valued at $1,200) I would not charge him the outstanding balance of $that was due upon completion [redacted] stated that he was pleased with our work and wanted to pay the balance upon completionThe services provided to dateConsultation meetings to gather information to determine the purpose, goals, target audience andcontent; (Complete)Developed a plan for the website by designing a site map that would guide content and provide a consistent, easy to understand navigational system; (Complete)Determination of technologies, interactive forms, and content management system; (Complete) Determination of Company Branding, identity & Color schemes, (Complete) 5.Design Company Logo consistent with Brand; (Complete after final edits) Creation & Implementation of photos and or graphics to support Web Site Plan, (Complete) Functional site created from individual graphic elements from the prototype; (Complete) Distribute content provided by client throughout the site, in the appropriate areas; (Complete)Testing and debugging (Incomplete)In May of 2016, [redacted] changed his account access information and locked us out of his account and we were unable to complete the transfer of the content, style the site and finalize the testing debugging phaseWe are prepared to provide [redacted] with the developed site & licenseHe can move the balance of his content to the web site, if he prefersWe would not charge him any additional fees.We have worked in excess of eighty (80) billable hours on this project and have expended monies to graphic designers, developers, and other technical staff that exceed the fees received/charged to create this site.I have been out of the office since early June when my father was diagnosed with terminal cancerI have been assisting my father with his affairs, however, my technical team has been working on Various case files.Please see attached documentation from our case file for this project.Thank you for your consideration and assistance in this matter.Sincerely,Gayle M***, Designer/Consultant

I am rejecting this response because:  The vendor's offer to deliver the site and license so that I can transfer the content over myself is unacceptable.  I want a full refund. Also, the vendor's response is misleading, disingenuous, and distorts the facts.  I want to set the record straight, even it if it means comparing her records to mine.
