I left my eleven month old dog with Seneca this year for 10 days. I don't know what was done to my little guy but he has been terrified since we brought him home. He's having terrible nightmares, and when I retrieve him from under the bed he whimpers and pees. The fur on his little neck on the front is completely missing!! It measures about five inches long, by six inches wide. It's as if he's been restrained by a wide collar!! He also lost almost four pounds in weight.
His personality has totally changed since he's been there. He was such a happy little guy, but now he just wants to stay by ny side. Animals can't speak, but they can tell us endless things by their body language and behaviour. I've cared for a lot of both physically and emotionally damaged dogs in my lifetime, and consider myself somewhat an expert on reading animals "language," and trust me, I've NEVER been wrong in the past. The day I picked him up I actually witnessed this woman taking him out of this tiny cage, she was holding him by his head....upside down!!! I had paid for a suite for him in the regular building and the building she went to retrieve him from was a barn, away from the boarding facility. A filthy room with a trough of dirty water set in the floor, measuring approximately six feet my eighteen inches! She said it was the "grooming room." Yea, right!!
Something [redacted] happened to my little one there and regardless of how long it takes me, I WILL get my answers, either in or out of the court system. No one hurts my little one and gets away with it. My husband is completely devastated in the change in Harley. I've rarely seen my husband cry, but he's shed many a tear over Harley and how different and frightened he is now.

Anyone considering boarding for their pet, PLEASE DONT USE SENECA. Instead, Take them to [redacted] We would have done that but they were fully booked.
