We are sorry that you received a collection letter when your account should have been cancelled last Oct 15,
After our investigation, we found out that this was a result of our agent failing to cancel your service when you requested in Oct
Your service has been kept active hence, bill was processed in your account. This is clearly a mistake on our end and we take responsibility for it
Please be informed that we have this incident noted and necessary coaching to agent will be made
