Review: My spouse and I have been waiting for a twin size mattress for our nine year old son; we were told it would have been delivered to the store location within a week of purchase. We are now going on our fourth week, when we call to try and confirm anything they give us the run around and "do not know when it will come in" but can assure us that it is on the next delivery or we can take the one is on their floor right now. This mattress was $99.00, we are currently making payments on a king size mattress for our selves, the total cost for the mattress is $749.00 which we have a remaining balance of $300.00. We do not want to do business with these people anymore and would like to be refunded for either both or the king size mattress. When we asked for the refund for both they came back with well on the contract you signed it states there are no refunds after the first 7 days, but we can use the money towards in store credit which is a joke if they cannot delivery on one item that we really need right now!!! why would we want anything else, not to mention they are very unprofessional on the telephone, when my spouse calls they have been disrespectful and still cannot give a straight answer as to when it would be delivered.Desired Settlement: All we ask is for the amount spent towards the king size which is $449.00 and the twin mattress which is $99.00 for the total of $548.00.

Review: A mattress was placed in layaway. I was paying on it. I found one cheaper elsewhere and when I contacted the store to receive a refund they would not give me any sort of refund cause they said they were going out of business. The total was $446.52. I had paid a total of 197.52 which left my balance at 250.00. There is no way that they can just keep someone's money and not return it even if they took out a portion for fees or something. The contract that was signed wasn't in detail cause they didn't explain or even tell me that they were not going to give a refund. The guy at the place even stated. "I'm closing today and it's not like you can take me to court or anything." Something needs to be done about this I just want my money because I did not receive any merchandise from them. Thanks in advance for your time and consideration.Desired Settlement: I just want my money refunded because I did not receive anything from them.
