we inspected the bed and it was stained which voids all warranties if the warranty was through us we could do something but it is a manufacturer warranty this was explained at the time of the sale the only thing that voids the warranty is staining or soiling if they have the mattress cleaned or steam cleaned to get rid of stains we will exchange it no problem but until then our hands are tied

Mattress is not stained so why should I pay to have it steam cleaned
