We contacted customer and have resolved the concern The subscriber is based out of Miami, Florida and the issue had to do with an automatic renewal on their current subscription that have had since September to the Miami Herald The subscriber's subscription was automatically renewed per our terms of service The customer did not notify us that did not wish to renew and papers continued to be delivered during this time The customers received a minimum of two renewal letters stating that subscriptions autonew unless you contact us to cancel, along with calls to the number on file[redacted] , customer service manager, has stopped the customer's delivery effective March and also cleared the balance on the account as a courtesy to the customer The customer was satisfied with the resolution

After being notified by the customer to remove them from future calls, the Miami Herald added the customer to our internal DNC file on 5-3-We have reached out to the company who was providing the calling and requested to have the customer removed from all future calling

Hi. I filed a complaint against Dealsaver.com, aka McClatchy, yesterday. They resolved my problem quickly.

Review: I was sold a deal for $50 full interior car detail for SCS Auto Detail. When I approached the company, the company was no longer in business, it changed ownership and is now SC Auto Salon. They also informed me that they cancelled their contract with [redacted] and never accepted and would not accept the coupon.

Deal was bought through their [redacted] subsidiary.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund for the price paid. I do not a credit to this unscrupulous website.

Review: On 11/3 I ordered a poster from dealsaver.com for a Christmas gift and the receipt said "The [redacted] will ship your poster automatically within 2-3 weeks." It's been over a month and I still don't have the poster, or any confirmation that it's on the way. The Order ID is [redacted] and Certificate ID is [redacted].Desired Settlement: I'd like to know if my poster will arrive within the next few days as it is a Christmas gift which I have to ship across the country. If it won't make it, I'd like a refund.

Hi. I filed a complaint against Dealsaver.com, aka McClatchy, yesterday. They resolved my problem quickly.

Review: I purchased a daily deal from [redacted], through the Tri-City Herald, which is owned by The McClatchy Company. The deal was purchased on May 19th to a business called "Grill on Gage". At least 4 times since purchasing this deal I have attempted to redeem it at the business, during advertised business hours, and found the business closed. I have since sent 3 emails through the [redacted] website and left 4 different voice mails at the number given to me, requesting a refund for this certificate that is not redeemable. Perhaps more frustrating than not being able to redeem this voucher is the complete and utter lack of response from [redacted]. To make 7 attempts to contact and not have a single response shows that they have no regard for customer service.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of the $10 I spent on this order (Order ID 32771-6673884). I do NOT want a credit to dealsaver.com as I do not plan to purchase from this website again due to poor customer service.

Review: I was refunded an incorrect amount and have tried multiple times to follow and get the error fixed however have never received follow up

I wrote into the Tri-Cities via the online form June 20th asking for a refund on Order [redacted] ($57). I received correspondance from [redacted] ([redacted]@tricityherald.com) and [redacted] ([redacted]@tricityherald.com)informing me that I would be refunded on June 20, 2013. I was wrongly refunded Order [redacted] ($50). I have since written [redacted] and [redacted] on June 26 informing them off the issue to receive no response. Since that time I have filled out the online form twice requesting response as well as left a voicemail on [redacted] phone(XXX-XXX-XXXX). I still have yet to receive a response.Desired Settlement: At this point I am merely asking for my additional $7 to be refunded to me and acknowledgement that the appropriate merchant was given credit for my order.

After review, it was determined that there was a misunderstanding as to which Dealsaver was to be refunded. An additional refund of $7.00 will be processed via-check immediately to the customer. All vendors have been properly credited.
