application was rejected by the rental property manager and she wants to blame the employee of the Meadows for accepting my application.The manager did not gave the options and she was forced me to take a property that was cost more for my requirement. Please read the application  carefully,  The application fee was non refundable in the case of the application was rejected due to the rental property management believes that the tenant is going to be a threat to the other people/  unable to pay the rent.My application was rejected by the manager with out proper reason. If the property is available for rent, then there is no need to accept the application.  The only reason the manager was told me that the employee of the Meadows did not know about the apartment .  But when asked that why did she showed me the apartment,  then manager was not in a position to give me any reply. She was very adamant to answer and she threatened to call the police also.

Review: We had our wedding October 4, 2013 at the meadows. We had a contract that was not

Followed. The following is what I have complaints:

Shuttle service was planned for a 14 passenger van for guests at the [redacted], we came out to 3 PERSONAL cars of employees from the meadows grove. My guests did not make it to the venue on time because of the shuttle service or well lack of service. Later to find out the shuttle was broken down 2 weeks ago and I was never informed. My guests were forced to drive themselves after I had it added for my contract.

The DJ they chose for our contract .. I sent him more then enough songs for the entire night, I specifically said to follow the requests over the phone, I called him once to change my first dance song and said that I hope it wasn't a problem he said " actually it is". Told me he" put in a lot

Of work and not to forget the DJ" If he wanted a tip he should have been a good DJ. During the reception. He introduced the wrong people after being told the names, he played the wrong songs and didn't follow my requested play list. He told me to bring a IPOD for my music!! I told him to play my songs and he told me I was being a pain! Then made an announcement to my ENTIRE wedding that " he cannot play requests just what the bride says" which was UNCALLED for! My family was beside themselves. To continue my HORROR of a wedding, they allowed the owners family (a child) to use MY photo booth I brought in from an outside company I told them to leave immediately. My cake was not as agreed upon, I was promised numerous things by [redacted] the owner just to turn around without them happening. I was told my ceremony space would be cleared of leaves and cob webs it was not. They even left day old beer glasses on the ceremony space. My guests were served pork and roast beef instead of borsion filet. They were serving food for the " help"before met guests and then My guests complained of MOLD on my cheesecake and bread at the tables. My guest had no place to sit. I was expecting 166 to 172 guests and had more then 20

People standing . They SERVED minors! My nieces and nephews easily got alchohal 16 17 18 and 19 2 underage guests both 20 were served!!!!!!!! This place is a disgrace. I am emotionally distressed. My family paid for a wedding that we didn't receive I even had to clean up my own items at the end of the night just to have them pushed in some closet by the next morning . This place needs to put 1 person in charge in stead of

DJ- for rude service. And lack OF service.

Food - incorrect food being served against contract, MOLD onFood Resulting in MANY guests getting and being sick last night and today

Shuttle - for the incorrect information given. And false information

Ceremony - for emotional distress of cleanliness, the disrespectful all my standing guests that were late due to the shuttle

Alcohol- for MINORS being served, prices being changed for the same drinks

The shuttle that was to be used had gone in for repairs because it was in the flood on September 25, 2013. The guests were picked up by three vans [equivalent to 14 people] and brought to the Meadows. The drivers did get out of the vans and go into the hotel to announce that they were there. They have always done that

The DJ assures me that he was not rude, did not call her a pain and did play her song list The only time he told the guests that he couldn't take anymore requests was when she told him not to and only to play her list.

I have reviewed the recordings and I can't find any child that used their photobooth. The bride did go to the bartender and said that she was told by one of her guests that the owners child tried to get their picture taken, but I don't have any young children. My youngest is 27 years old and was not on the property that night The bride did not confront any child.

The ceremony site was cleared of cob webs and leaves. Of course I can't control the leaves that keep falling especially in the fall when nature takes it course.

We did not serve pork In place of filet mignon. Did not have moldy food etc. My help certainly did not serve an empty table before seated guests. They may have put down salads because you don't know where the guests are at that time, but the main entree was not served at empty seats. My employees did not eat before serving, they only get to have something to eat at the end of the night and that is what was said.

There was seating for eveiyone. I think a few people were standing but when you look at the video you will see that there are empty seats.

My bartenders carded anyone that look under 40 years of age. This is a banquet hall.
