I used this service once and my order was a disaster after several phone calls and a very unprofessional women named Brett who called me about my order with a screaming child in tha background and a mans voice telling her what to say I was finally credited for my orderI was asked to give the service another chance I did , I ordered last night and again the order was incorrect and no one was willing to fix our foodWe went to the resteraunt and returned our food and found the [redacted] had offered to re make our food for re delivery but meal man told them no! They were not going to re deliver because this was a credited mealI am extremely disappointed that both times our order was incorrect on one food was missing and coldThis so called company destroyed two dinners and wasted a lot of our timeOh and our second order they refused to credit us back our money
