Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: All information in The Media Model's response is irrelevant to the complain at hand The matter at stake is the executed legal contract - [redacted] is breaking the terms In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

Contract states 4-hours of work per week I ended relationship after week, therefore only owe 4-hours (I asked to meet in the middle at 5) x $75/hour as stipulated in the contract ***'s responses to this complaint are not relevant to the matter here and sufficiently reflect his lack of understanding; he used a similar approach in business, trying to overwhelm me with talk to sidestep my questions In a dispute, both parties can waste Revdex.com's time with issues/frustrations outside the scope, but that's unprofessional (i.eI can share evidence of ***'s incompetence, or when he used a "broken laptop" excuse to explain away lack of results, etc.) But I would appreciate sticking to the facts of this dispute, which are all simply outlined in the contract

Hello Revdex.com Metro New York – This email is a response to Complaint ID [redacted] – which is to accompany the in-person response given on Friday, May [redacted], 2015. **WITH ATTACHED DOCUMENT that was physically dropped of to NYC location on 5.**15[redacted] -- Please disregard the first email without...

the attachment. The former customer filed a complaint for “stopped services; and is seeking a return per contract based on services provided for five (5) hours per week.” Below please find the reasons why the customer complaint is not valid and a refund will not be granted, as follows:• Per the attached, it is documented that former customer received more than five (5) hours of service – including; Work on the weekend after midnight (consulting and planning), An hour-long on-the-clock meeting, Approx. seven (7) hours of copy writing and strategy implementation, Pitching and Identifying relevant opportunities for former customer for at least two hours a day over a five-day period.   • Customer signed a contract with an understanding that services are at a cost of $75 per hour. (Stated in Contract). It was also understood that the total $750 budget was drastically under a competitive range and was only offered as a discount. The attached document showcases our preliminary email conversation, that shows the former customer a key for payment of services. My business standard rates are set – and the contract was signed. At the $75 per hour rate, for ten (10) hours of services is $750, alone. The claim that I am responsible for repaying “$750 less than 5 hours’ worth” confirms that client agreed to $75 per hour. Technically if I was responsible for only four (4) to six (6) hours a week and client was on a discount, the minimal monthly charge for services would have been set at $1,200.00. The attached document clearly shows that former customer received over five (5) hours of service, and is trying to falsely discredit my business because I won’t fold to his pressure.• Former customer signed a contract for Branding and Public Relations services – an industry that generally takes a couple of weeks to see any return on investment. With that said, within 3-business days of signing on for services – my business confirmed one (1) prominent/relevant radio interview for former customer (documented on page 8 of the attached). Also note that former customer continued with the secured opportunity that was established through my business network, after harassing me for a refund. The radio interview is valued between $750 and $1,000 in Ad Value – the Public Relations return on investment metric system. A link to the current radio/media interview – established through my business networks can be found here: [redacted]Again – complaint ID [redacted] is not valid. The former customer is looking to discredit a business because an agent at company would not offer a refund on luxury services that were offered at a discount. Furthermore, results on services were received and former client was looking to muscle out more work without providing an appropriate budget for services. Please do let me know if you need any additional information. Thank you,[redacted]

Contract states 4-6 hours of work per week.  I ended relationship after 1 week, therefore only owe 4-6 hours (I asked to meet in the middle at 5) x $75/hour as stipulated in the contract.  [redacted]'s responses to this complaint are not relevant to the matter here and sufficiently reflect his lack of understanding; he used a similar approach in business, trying to overwhelm me with talk to sidestep my questions.  In a dispute, both parties can waste Revdex.com's time with issues/frustrations outside the scope, but that's unprofessional (i.e. I can share evidence of [redacted]'s incompetence, or when he used a "broken laptop" excuse to explain away lack of results, etc.)  But I would appreciate sticking to the facts of this dispute, which are all simply outlined in the contract.

Review: Brand Strategy. Media Relations. Event Production. Consulting. Talent Booking.Desired Settlement: Stopped services after one week; total retained engagement one month. Seeking refund per contract. The contract (attached) states:The Media Model performs 4-6 hours per week.Total amount paid for the month was $750.If contract canceled early, then I would be charged at $75 per hour. I asked [redacted] (my agent there) to refund $750 less 5 hours worth: $375. He is refunding $0.
