On 3/23/20 I placed an order for Cottonelle Flushable Wipes (order#414347) and it is 5/6/20 and I still have not received them. I was charged immediately even though the item never shipped. In checking the website, the item is no longer available and hasn't been for some time. Repeated emails to the company have been ignored. I need my order canceled and my credit card refunded a.s.a.p. With very poor customer service plus overpriced products, I would never recommend this business.
On February 25th I ordered hand sanitizer both the liquid and the wipes. At the time they were supposedly in stock and medical supply depot readily took my money. Since then I’ve heard absolutely nothing from them nor have I received my products. I understand that there’s a great demand for these product however as they readily say on the website they would notify the customer if it was gonna to be a delay or if whatever we were ordering was not in stock. Here it is on March 10 and I still had not heard from them nor have I received my products.
I called them today so I could check on this I have waited 25 minutes and then was disconnected and now I’m on hold again almost 10 minutes in.
I have to question that the customer service is as good as they keep doubting over and over again while you’re on hold and even have to say I’m concerned I bet might be making up their reviews
I have my doubts that I’m gonna get my money back so I’m going to the Better Business Bureau and putting in a complaint and will also Go to our local news agency to see if they could help me receive my money

Hi Revdex.com, Customer placed order # [redacted] on at 8:28pm EDT - after business hours Order shipped via OnTrac tacking # [redacted] on Customer called several times and we told them to check around the house They confirmed that item was never delivered even though OnTrac clearly shows it was: [redacted] It seems like OnTrac may have lied and really not delivered package as we trusted customer in their saying that it was never delivered Customer was told order would be reshipped and it was via FedEx tracking # [redacted] and was delivered Customer never called back with any other issues so we assuming this has been FULLY resolvedTherefore, we are not sure why customer would file a formal complaint
