I would most definitely recommend using the services provided by The Medicare Family! I attempted to seek a Supplement or an AddVantage Plan on my own and found myself completely overwhelmed. I worked with Connor O'*** and he provided excellent service, made detailed comparisons, offered clear explanations and answers in a pleasant, professional and timely manner. When I contacted the office, I was treated well and received consistently, exceptional service.by whomever I spoke with!

Our advisor was exceptional! Janel Joest was not only knowledgable she was kind and patient with me and my family. Being a Pharmacist I have dealt with many Medicare issues. This was beyond my scope without proper training. She checked everything we asked for, never once seemed frustrated even though we had multiple concerns. I would give her 10 stars if I could. Thank you Janel for your assistance and willingness to go the extra mile!!
