promotions being offered at any one location are also available at all other locations nationwideThe Melting Pot restaurants are in fact franchises, each individually owned and operatedThe promotion s e refers to was a local promotion being offered by the Seattle, Tacoma and Bellevue Melting Pot's, of which all three are owned and operated by the same individualThose advertisements, if they didn't, should've stipulated the local nature of the offeringThe Melting Pot in Portland has a different menu, different hours of operation, different ownership and doesn't advertise in the market in which *** *** heard the radio spotsThis misunderstanding is regrettable and I do sympathize with herShe may wish to address this matter with one of the Seattle area restaurants if in fact their advertising didn't identify the locations for which this noble offering was being madeSincerely,

I have never spoken to you or anyone in your party. Had we spoken, I would have told you about any special you desired to know about. I have been employed with The Melting Pot of Littleton for over 10 years and our specials rarely, if ever, change.
I am sorry that you feel that reaching out to the Revdex.com is the only way to rectify things. We are an institution here in Littleton and we did not earn out reputation by misleading guests on price points. Review: This was the worst restaurant I have ever been too. The service was extremely slow, and the food quality was the most disgusting food ever. We tried to make the best of the situation because we came all the way from Ohio for a persons surprise party. But, overall they treated us horribly, the food was disgusting. Not only that, but 7 of the party stomach was hurting tremendously, and when I called the next day, the worker got an attitude with me when I asked for a refund ,and told me to show proof of the 7 people who was sick afterwards. How do you show proof for that! It's ridiculous! I am extremely disappointed in this place all around , and I am demanding a refund.Desired Settlement: I want the refund for all the 7 people who got sick .
