Mrs*** was given a copy of her membership agreement the day she joined She willingly gave her billing information since she wanted to split her personal training payment into two She was a participant in the transaction, she even signed the square receipt on the IPad for her
initial down payment The cancellation and refund policy is clearly printed on the membership agreement, which she was given a copy of She came into our establishment wanting her money back at least days after she joined but was told she was past the day refund policy She was also told that she could use the personal training sessions whenever she wanted or could give them to someone else since they now belong to her Of course, she threatened to call the Revdex.com about it if she did not get a refund Which is really unfortunate because if she used the sessions and lost the weight she wanted to lose, she wouldn't contact the Revdex.com to tell them how great her experience wasWe have a day refund policy, which requires a written letter, not a phone call She clearly did not do this, so we will not be giving her a refund
