Complaint: I am rejecting this response because:There was never a "contract" presented to me to signThere was a verbal commitment that the project would take "a few days." After several months of phone calls, text messages, online communications and voice messages to both the cell phone and business phone for Randy without any response, I went to the company's Facebook page and posted: "Does anybody know if this company went out of business?? I paid for a job and Randy has yet to deliver it after a month of phone calls, voice mails and text messagesIs he dead, out of business, what gives??"As you can see, there is nothing here claiming that he was dead as his ridiculous claim statesI was unaware of his personal issues until I had been ignored for several monthsRegardless, this does not relieve him of fulfilling the commitment that he made when he cashed our checkWe have contracted another company to do the work already and no longer have any need for the services of The Metal Shop and would simply like our deposit back Regards, [redacted] ***
