Dear *** ***, My name is Mike E*** and I am the front office manager at the Metropolitan at the 9. I received your feedback in regards to your recent stay with us and I want to sincerely apologize for the min regards to the cash deposit at check-in. I spoke to the
employees involved and I understand that it was an error on our side with miscounting the amount of cash that we received. This is certainly not a typical situation and I apologize that you were inconvenienced by the whole situation. I would hate for this to be your last impression of our hotel and I would like to welcome you back to the in the future at a discounted rate so we can regain your trust in us I hope you have a great week and look forward to hearing from you soon. Business response taken over the phone on 3/23/2016 by Revdex.com staff (**) Kenny D[redacted], the GM and the manager Ryan, on duty the night referenced in the complaint alleges the following: The [redacted]'s were celebrating their anniversary. The front desk received several noise complaints coming...

from the room of the [redacted]s and the hotel staff warned the guest they received several complaints and could they keep the noise to a minimum.There was again another series of complaints regarding the noise level coming from the [redacted]'s room and they were then warned again but not ejected from the hotel. Mrs. [redacted] and her guests decided they wanted to patronize the nightclub located in the hotel but was refused entrance based on the nightclubs strict dress policy. Mrs. [redacted] and her guest began became very loud and unruly as they then decided to patronize another lounge (The Ledger) in the facility. They were extremely loud and was asked to keep the noise level down. Based on Mrs. [redacted]'s and her guest behavior the hotel staff and the loss prevention officer were called to the lounge. Mrs. [redacted] and her guest then hurried into the lady's restroom where they were met by a female officer and were asked to vacate the hotel. There was resistance from the group. After several attacks on the character of the hotel manager Ryan, he ended up having to call the Cleveland Police department have the [redacted]'s and their guest removed. Mrs. [redacted] was read her rights, arrested and removed from the premises.
