To whom it may concern, Mrs [redacted] called in stating that we had incorrectly drafted a late fee along with her paymentI told her that I was sorry about that if that indeed was the case and that I would look into it and call her backI researched it and found that she was correct that we had indeed somehow mistakenly charged her a late fee when we shouldn't haveI immediately refunded the accidental late fee charge on 10-7-Then on 10-9-she called back in saying that we had caused her account to be over drawn, I then asked her to have her bank fax me over something to prove that we in fact over drafted her accountWhat the bank faxed over was very clear to the fact that her account would have been significantly over drafted whether or not we accidentally added a late fee & our mistake did not cause her any addition fees that she would not have already incurredI called her back and she was extremely rude with meAfter she adamantly insisted that she could obtain the, "correct" paper work from her bank, I made the judgment call to just pay her $over draft fee for her despite it not being our fault to ensure good will & to retain her as a happy customerAt the end of our final call she claimed to be happy to get this matter "corrected" (AKA: Getting us to pay for her blunder)After how rude and irrational she was with me, I can't say that I'm very shocked to see that our good deed has not gone unpunished & that she has contacted the Revdex.com AFTER we had already refunded her and also paid for her bank fees that she had causedIn regards to me saying "Sorry about your luck, there's nothing I can do" I have never said that to a consumerEverNor would I ever be unprofessional to anyone who calls into our officeSincerely, [redacted] Office Administrator
To whom it may concern, The attached documents will show that the amounts charged were due, payable & agreed toThe consumers already disputed the charges with their card company & they already found in our favor, I'm sure once the *** finds in our favor they will move onto another
agency & we’ll forward the same information to whatever agency they go to next & they will find in our favor nextWe do not owe the consumers anythingIn fact, if you review the attached documents, you will see that the consumers are still delinquent in their payments and are about to be scheduled for repossession againThe consumers have voluntarily agreed to a debt that they are not only attempting to not pay, they are also trying to take back what has already been paidWhat the consumers are doing is not just illegal, it is morally & ethically wrong as wellWe thank you for your time and patience in dealing with this frustrating matterWe look forward to your closure of this ridiculous complaint
To whom it may concern, Mrs. [redacted] called in stating that we had incorrectly drafted a late fee along with her payment. I told her that I was sorry about that if that indeed was the case and that I would look into it and call her back. I researched it and found that she was correct that we had...
indeed somehow mistakenly charged her a late fee when we shouldn't have. I immediately refunded the accidental late fee charge on 10-7-15. Then on 10-9-15 she called back in saying that we had caused her account to be over drawn, I then asked her to have her bank fax me over something to prove that we in fact over drafted her account. What the bank faxed over was very clear to the fact that her account would have been significantly over drafted whether or not we accidentally added a late fee & our mistake did not cause her any addition fees that she would not have already incurred. I called her back and she was extremely rude with me. After she adamantly insisted that she could obtain the, "correct" paper work from her bank, I made the judgment call to just pay her $34.00 over draft fee for her despite it not being our fault to ensure good will & to retain her as a happy customer. At the end of our final call she claimed to be happy to get this matter "corrected" (AKA: Getting us to pay for her blunder). After how rude and irrational she was with me, I can't say that I'm very shocked to see that our good deed has not gone unpunished & that she has contacted the Revdex.com AFTER we had already refunded her and also paid for her bank fees that she had caused. In regards to me saying "Sorry about your luck, there's nothing I can do" I have never said that to a consumer. Ever. Nor would I ever be unprofessional to anyone who calls into our office. Sincerely, [redacted] Office Administrator
