To Whom It May Concern: [redacted] attended the Abeline class, however, she rescheduled from the Waco class that was on January 13th and 14th, and as stated on the Registration Confirmation email that was sent to her, she was instructed to arrive at 8:AM to complete her registration, not at 7:AM It takes some time to complete registrations and collect remaining balances from students....class started at 8:AM and we had students in this class and students that did not show up (see scanned roster) I will tell you that I have spoken witht both of my instructor's and the did tell me that they had mentioned that they had patroned the " [redacted] ***" on Friday night, however, that is on their own personal time and not on company time [redacted] started the class because *** was the Lead Instructor and s the Lead she has responsibilities such as securing the money collected and placing it in the hotel safe and making sure that her roster reflects the correct information and then it is emailed to meAlso, I have my instructors give out Surveys to the students at the end of class to complete and it is on a voluntary basis Ms [redacted] , if she was dissatisfied with the course, should have filled out a Survey All other survey's that were filled out were POSITIVE reviews (see attached scan) Furthermore, Ms [redacted] HAS NEVER CALLED OUR OFFICE as all of our calls are recorded and a call log is keptNor has she EVER given a review on our Facebook page or commented on itWe are able to look at every single person who comments on a post or sends a message to us by simply putting in their name or their email address Ms [redacted] , to our knowledge, does not even have a Facebook page.....we checked that tooI stand by Instructor's and the integrity of my program and we have been in business for yrsWe would not be able to remain in business if we didn't have a quality program and student's could not get hired As of last month we have n 87% employment rate We ask our students to let us know if they have found employment within days of the program to let us know so we can track employment rate As far as the instructor's taking numerous breaks, we had a student in the class that was being unprofessional and did not even finish her test so there were phone calls placed to me to make a decision as to wheather or not to dismiss her from class and on the last call I spoke with the student (see roster) and she was dismissed So interuptions to the class were more frequent than just having a minute break every hour which I am required by law to giveThe instructor's DID NOT use vulgarity or discuss their sexual escapedes with students........this is RIDICULOUS!! Furthermore, there has never been a request sent to our email requesting a refund or I would have called Ms [redacted] personally to discuss the matter with her and made a decision based on circumstances When she registered for the class she checked a box that said she had read and AGREED to the Cancellation and Refund policy (see Attached) .....OBVIOUSLY, she did not read it or follow proper protocol for a refund! I have attached all correspondance with Ms [redacted] and I feel that her reason for this request is that she has had difficulty finding a JOB.......nothing more There are students who take our class that are simply UNEMPLOYABLE based on appearance, attitude social skills, etc As far as her test is concerned, it WAS GRADED along with everyone else's tests(see Attached)

I stand by Instructor's and the integrity of my program and we have been in business for 14 yrs.
