voicemailThat’s why a different contact number was left on the voicemail than the one that showed up on your Caller ID The number that showed up on your caller ID does in fact belong to us, and is not a spoofed number, but is one of our outbound lines(We would be happy to provide a screenshot or document of the phone numbers assigned to us by Comcast, our service provider)Unfortunately, we have no control over what Comcast assigns to show up on Caller ID, we have requested that our company name, NuEdge Remodeling, show on the Caller ID, but that has not been updated in their system yet. Again, we apologize, and your phone number has been removed from our call list

Tell us why here...With the exception of a small amount of trim, which will be done in the next few days, this project has been completed.We know that remodeling, especially interior remodels, can be messy, frustrating and inconvenientWe try to make the process go as smoothly as possible.In this
instance, initially the flooring was on backorder from the manufacturerWe had no choice but to wait for it to be availableThe baseboards are not part of the flooring product, and are installed by a member of our finish crewThey are done after the flooring is installed, and are done to match the style and design of the existing baseboards in the homeThe baseboards are not needed until the end of the project, and are not delivered with the rest of the flooringDuring the tear-out of the old flooring, a couple of unforseen issues were discovered(An unforseen issue is something that cannot be seen to the naked eye, and is not visible or known until we do the tear out)There was a bathroom leak which was causing damage to the flooring (underneath)That issue had to be resolved before we could continue installing the floorThere was also an issue with the stair skirting,(from the previous flooring), which we also worked quickly to resolveBoth of these instances caused delays in continuing with the project, but had to be addressed so the new flooring could be done properlyWe apologize for your frustration during the project, and appreciate your patience and flexibility as we worked together to resolve issues and concernsWe hope that you love your beautiful, new flooring!

The flooring was finally completed and the trash pile hauled awayTheir scheduling didn't make me happy though
