signage provided by ** *** This signage is excessively posted throughout the property and very clear as to what is required to park on our private property This signage complies with state and federal requirements and is clearly posted at the entrance and exits and around the private lots. Again, this complaint is nothing that we can resolve, it is filed against the wrong company. *** ***

Review: On the evening of May 2, 2015, I was visiting friends at the Mill Apartments. I looked carefully for guest parking and found numerous empty guest parking spaces. I parked my car in one of these places, not seeing any signs or warnings about towing. When I came out to leave around midnight, my car was gone. I had assumed it was stolen. My car had been towed with no warning signs or instructions posted in the Mill parking lot, by [redacted] in [redacted], approximately 3 miles. I spent the next day with no car, and my laundry and wallet where also in my car. I ended up having to pay $175 to get my car back and was treated very poorly by the people at [redacted].Desired Settlement: I would like the Mill to address this and explain why they do not think they need to have a warning sign about getting towed even though parking in guest parking. I also expect them to pay me back the $175 I had to pay to get my car back from [redacted]. If needed, I can provide a copy of the bill from [redacted].
