The first time in a long time that all of the items I purchased look just like how they are picturedVery happy with my order and with the quality of the clothingIn addition, I was expecting my package by the end of the weekIt was very speedy (only days)

I ordered a dress for a wedding that I have this weekend and intentionally paid quite a bit extra for 2 day shipping. I never do that, but I loved the dress and was super excited about it. That was almost 7 days ago and I STILL have not received my item or an email letting me know what they will do to fix it. Apparently the shipping label was created but the item was never shipped. So now I won't even have the dress for the wedding I am attending. After the cost of the dress and shipping my total was over $60. I am without a dress and $60. Needless to say, I am incredibly unimpressed and quite angry. Maybe my review will change when they actually provide me with a response. Until then, extremely disappointed.

Very happy with this business First time buyer and I placed multiple orders over a weekend that there was a big sale Several items did not fit well and one item was ordered (their fault) in duplicate I sent those items back and kept what I liked The item ordered in duplicate was refunded I was given a store credit for the items that didn't fit Super simple with great, speedy, and courteous customer service

This company is very misleading about their refund policiesI received a very cheaply made and ill fitting blouse for $They do not offer refunds
I mailed the blouse back for a refundInstead, they gave me a gift card to purchase something elseI was unaware of this policyDo not shop at The Mint Julep Boutique because you will never get a refund!

I am seriously addicted to this boutiqueEverything I have ordered from there (and trust me, I've ordered A LOT over the past several months) has been excellent quality I'll admit that it's on the pricier side, but the items that I've purchased are worth it and all ship to me quicklyMy only suggestion/wish would be for them to have some kind of rewards program, because I can't stop coming back to their website to order more! This is by far my favorite place to shop

I have never been to the brick-and-mortar store so I cannot speak from experience of the staff in person; however, I follow The Mint Julep Boutique on Facebook and have made multiple purchases via their online shopTheir everyday pricing is pretty steep for what the items are in comparison to other boutiques and shipping costs are high, but their sales are AMAZINGThey have a great selection of comfortable and fashionable itemsSizing is a wee bit off - You will pretty much need a size larger than what you generally wear(When purchasing, be sure to check the size chart to make sure you by according to their sizing.) Turnaround time for their online items is super quick - items purchased online typically ship the next business day and I've received items within probably days of shippingI have not needed to contact customer service yet for any issue, but their team monitoring the FB is very engaging if you post a comment which is nice! I would definitely shop here again and suggest them to friends!
