Review: I ordered coins from The Mint State Group. The coins cost $5,000. I was to receive my order no later then 2 weeks from the date the order was placed. Needless to say I received my [redacted] statement and it showed that on 9-**-2014 that The Mint State Group charged my Visa card for $5,000.00.
Once I could verify that the charge went through I called the Mint State Group to find out where my coins where. Since I hadn't received them.
They told me that my coins where still there but the special collectors box was on back order. He assured be that I would have them in two weeks. Well the two weeks passed and I still hadn't received my coins. So I filed a dispute against the charge on my [redacted] card.
So Chase credited back the $5,000 on my visa. After that I received a call from the Mint State Group asking me to reconsider my decision about canceling my order. He didn't want to get a mark against the company. I told him I was still interested in the coins. He stated that I would get my coins once the charge back went through. So I waited about two weeks and called again because my coins never arrived. He assured me that they where coming. He sent me an email confirming it. I called several time. With no call back. I also sent out emails to them as well. Still nothing.
So I refiled my dispute with [redacted] against the $5,000.00 charge from the Mint State Group. They told me I needed to send them the email letters regarding the order. I received a response back stating that the dispute had been resolved. I walked them through exactly what happened and then still denied my dispute. They told me to contact the company that the mint state group uses to receive their money from a transaction.
I have no idea who that would be.
In the meantime I would call the company and send emails. Then one day the numbers I had for them no longer in service.
So I'm hoping that you can help me out with this matter. I never received my coins but I've paid for them.
In the past I did business with the company and had no trouble.Desired Settlement: I just want my money back that I paid for the coins. And never received.

Review: I sold a 13-coin gold set for $7,800.00 to [redacted], the owner of The Mint State Group, LLC. Receipt of the set was confirmed on[redacted], 01/**/2015, with payment to be forthcoming. To date, 02/**/2015, every payment deadline has been missed. After threat of a law suit, finally received, on 02/**/2015, a company check for $4,100.00. I will not cash that check, giving the Revdex.com the opportunity to investigate, as well as The [redacted] Attorney General's office.Desired Settlement: Would like the return of my property, and a refund of $52.60 shipping charges, as I was promised.
