The Mission Motif

I ordered a 9 x 12 made to order rug from Mission Motif. It took a couple of weeks longer to fabricate and ship than expected, but that is not unheard of with anything special order, regardless of the vendor. John at Mission Motif was very helpful with the ordering process and checking status right up to shipment and my receipt of the rug. I would not hesitate to purchase from Mission Motif in the future.

I feel really lucky to have "found" MIssion Motif on the internet, and most of all, to connect by phone with Terry O***, who helped me puzzle out my rug order, some pottery pieces, and questions I had about a cherry console His cheerful expertise helped make my decision to buy several wool rugs - without seeing them first in their store- always a risk (I live in New Hampshire.) And I couldn't be happier with the quality, the colors, and the fast shipment The rug colors ran true to the site photographs, which can be difficult in making color and design choices The pottery is first-rate, and the furniture is a piece of excellent piece of workmanship
In short, I am a big fan of Mission Motif, and I probably will buy from them again The combination of personal service and quality products are really a plus

Terry was amazing as he helped me choose the style and stain of my new bed frame; the workmanship on the bed frame exceeded my expectations, and the stain Terry suggested was perfect -- the frame matches all the other mission furniture in the room; and the delivery men were on time and so accommodating!
