There was a misunderstanding in the pickup time of my carWhen I got it, I explained my experience to the girl at the front desk; she interrupted & defended herself - telling me I should've called if I needed my carI was told they'd call me &wasn't aware of their closing time or that if I wasn't within the 30-minute window, they'd keep my car the weekendA guy heard arguing & came to let me know I was full of [redacted] & that I didn't know what I was talking about & literally told me to stop b***ing He sarcastically asked if I thought it was their responsibility to wait around for me to come & get my vehicleThey called me at 2:saying it was ready- they close at three & I live minutes awayI wasn't able to pick up my car until Monday morning, which very hard with a full-time jobI wasn't asking for a refund, I was asking them to listen to my experience; not only did they refuse to listen, they cussed me outI was frustrated was really was just looking for an apology

I was told they'd call me &wasn't aware of their closing time or that if I wasn't within the 30-minute window, they'd keep my car the weekend. A guy heard arguing & came to let me know I was full of [redacted] & that I didn't know what I was talking about & literally told me to stop b[redacted]ing. He sarcastically asked if I thought it was their responsibility to wait around for me to come & get my vehicle. They called me at 2:30 saying it was ready- they close at three & I live 45 minutes away. I wasn't able to pick up my car until Monday morning, which very hard with a full-time job. I wasn't asking for a refund, I was asking them to listen to my experience; not only did they refuse to listen, they cussed me out. I was frustrated was really was just looking for an apology.
