I delivered my Toro sno blower to [redacted] of the Mobile Repair Guys back in the first week of November with the understanding it was only going to take a few days to repair. I'd told him I was pretty sure there was a spring missing for the carburetor which controls the governor. He assured me the repair would be quick and told the price would be $69.00. Several weeks later I contacted him and he told me he was waiting for carburetor parts. I contacted him again about a week later and he now tells me the engine doesn't have enough compression and needs to be replaced. I told him I would pick it up as I didn't want to spend the money to replace the engine. I suspected he may be trying to milk more money out of me or have me just tell him to keep it for scrap. (a sno blower with a bad engine which is an older model such as this would have almost no value) I did pick it up and took it to Ace Hardware in Hartford where it was repaired for 4122.00. The repair did consist of a spring and another small part needed in the governor.

I feel this situation was handled poorly, there is plenty of compression and the snow blower now works flawlesly!

This company (Russ) came to my rescue and made time to come and fix my lawn tractor. Had the unit sold and could not close the deal until it would run. Russ took the time to figure out what was wrong with the carb and valves, it ran like new.
Was able to close the sale that evening thanks to Russ and The Mobile Repair Guys. The invoice I was presented was honest and fair.

In April of 2015, Russ tuned up my lawn mower. He was prompt efficient, and polite. My mower performed perfectly for the entire season. In fact, it ran even better than when it was new. Although that sounds implausible, it's true. Due to that positive experience, I called the Mobile Repair Guys again, and Russ came to my house today, November, 13, 2015, to tune up my snowblower. The best part of this service is that you don't have to take your equipment somewhere yourself or pay for pick up and delivery and then wait two or three weeks to get it back. I could not be more pleased with this company and their service. I should also mention that the price is more reasonable than anywhere else I've had my mower and snowblower serviced in the past.

Mobile repair guys are awesome. What a great idea...I recently had some other repairs done by another company. Had to waits weeks for repairs and pay high price for repairs as well pick up & delivery charges. The mobile guys were friendly, knowledgeable and on time and it didn't cost me a fortune. It was nice they fixed and I was up and mowing a couple of hours later. Awesome. I can't say enough good thing about them. I would highly recommend them. Thanks Joe. I appreciated your great service.

I cannot say enough about these guys. They were on time and came to fix one snowblower.
They ended up fixing my weed wacker, lawn mower, and two snowblowers for what I believe
to be a VERY fair price and without the hassle of having to haul the equipment to a repair place myself. I will recommend them to everyone I know that needs repairs on their power equipment. Thanks a million Repair Guys!

[redacted] came out to fix toro zero turn in August 2012. He could not fix it and took toro to shop for over a week. I called he said I needed a new motor .I said no bring it back..Son in law and I checked it out .We found that a switch shorted out that runs the power take off. that fixed the problem, still running today. [redacted] said he would send a refund, still waiting. He may be able to do tune ups but isn't good at repairs.

I recently used the Mobile Repair Guys for the first time and was extremely impressed with them. They were able to come to my residence on a Saturday and were very knowledgeable and efficient. I definitely will be using them again for any tune up and/or repair work.

The Mobile Repair Guys are fantastic! The business is growing and they are getting more franchises all over southern Wisconsin. So, you can count on them to be timely, excellent technicians and personable too. Love these Guys!

I had this service this week and was VERY satisfied. The work was done well, they were on time, friendly staff and the cost was less than I expected. It is a great service and I will recommend this company to all of my friends.

Review: In December called per brochure for service to my Lawn Tractor . explained the issue in hopes that it would be fixed by spring. Received Lawn tractor back in March said it was a wiring issue . They said it was fixed. First cut of spring there was no difference in performance (wont engage). Called in Late April the guy said he would come pick it up. They pick it up late April . From that point on its been a mystery . Started to call 3 weeks later called on 3 separate occasions, all 3 times the person said they would have someone call back. 2 more weeks later without a return phone call or any info at all as to the Lawn tractor issues or whereabouts for that matter. Absolutely beyond horrible customer service. I deserve a refund for the original service that was never done and would like my Lawn tractor back as was originally. The only alternative at this point is to file it stolen ?Desired Settlement: I would like a complete Refund and an explanation of what exactly went wrong that it takes longer then a month for any kind of service with no return calls . And off the mailing list of those brochures I get in the mail with the catchy story behind the business.

So glad I called and tried this company. Had two none working snowblowers. Not only did I not have to haul them or have them hauled for another fee, they were fixed within the hour. Russ was very patient and spent a lot of time explaining what happened and how it could be prevented in the future. I could m=not have been more satisfied with the service. There was no additional fee to come to the house and their prices I felt were reasonable. I would highly recommend them and WILL be using them in the future for all my other small engine equipment.
