I thought I did my research regarding this company. My first complaint with them started when I made an order Nov6th and expected my order at the end of the month or around Dec 1 based off of what they claim in regards to their shipping times. I emailed them asking about my order and I just got "we are experiencing a higher volume of orders and your order is delayed". They never gave me an expected date. Then they revised their shipping policies for the holidays claiming that customers who ordered with a certain time frame would for sure have their orders. Having ordered Nov 6 I more than fit that. I was hopeful. Then the week of Christmas comes along and I still don't have my order! I email them again and got basically the same email as before- like almost verbatim! In short I didn't receive my order till day AFTER Christmas and they blamed the post office for not getting it to me sooner. Second complaint: They charge $15 minimum for a bracelet and claim they are hand made... Hand made is most likely true but for $15 you'd think the clasp mechanism would be of decent quality. NOPE! It's freakin' cheap plastic painted to look metal! WTH?! And I've emailed them about the damage done (one clasp snapped when I was trying on the bracelet for the first time). I sent pictures showing the damage and they claim it's not helpful! And want me to send another picture detailing again how the damage happened. They claim they will send a replacement but I'm thinking they'll back out of it. Thirdly: They delete any posts or comments on their FB page and website that isn't 100% positive. So trying to find any reviews of other customers who may not of had success with them literally don't exist because they delete them! How is that fair to future customers! Fourthly: they provide a number to call on their FB page, but I have not been successful in reaching a person. It rings and a menu option answers. I select the appropriate extension in hopes of speaking to someone and all I get is "on hold music" for about a min or less. Then an automated voice tells me that all their reps are currently busy then hangs up on me. They seem to prefer emails, which are answers promptly but not helpful!

I've ordered from the company at http://www.gomodestly.com/ and we waited 2 months since the order and still don't have any merchandise. I've emailed numerous times and I can't get an answer back.Product_Or_Service: BraceletsOrder_Number: [redacted]Desired SettlementI just want a refund at this point.Business Response Mr. [redacted] package was shipped in a timeframe within our specified parameters. However, the carrier lost the package. After some investigation into the matter, we reshipped the customer's order. All of this has been communicated to Mr.[redacted] and he has expressed his satisfaction.
