Moved in : 05/27/Bad place to liveWe were shoved into a bedroom apartment with myself, wife, mother and two children because our bedroom we were promised was not readyThey had an entire month to get it readyThey called two times before that to tell us our apartment wasn't ready we'll move you into another bedroomThe second call was the same thingThe night before our move in date we got a call saying that we can't move in because there was nothing available for us to move and ask us if we could wait but was unable to wait because we had already stretched our move out as long as we couldThey told us to come in and they put us in a bedroom apartment for about a monthNot even a week in and the A/C goes outThey gave us a portable where we put in the bedroomThe rest of the apartment was 80+ degreesWe called several times for them to fix it, they came about a week and a half laterA few days after the A/C was fixed there seemed to be a water leak from the ventsLooked like the ceiling in one of our closets was going to cave in, we made a call to emergency maintenance and nothing was doneSo we placed a water bin to catch all the waterFinally, and the end of the month we were able to move into our bedroom that was originally offered us after lease changes on 06/27/Maintenance crew and management treats you like an itAfter one night in the bedroom apartment the A/C goes out, it was fixed the same dayAfter it was fixed the A/C hasn't been cooling the apartment well enough to be comfortableMade several complaints to them about the Air Conditioning is not working properlyThe Manager brings a Temp Gun to read ventsThe temperature of the air coming out is not the problemThe problem is that there is almost no airflowThey refuse to even look at it and just write it offThey tried to explain to me that it's hot in my bedroom apartment because of a computer that is running during the dayMade a complaint about the dishwasher not draining properly and we haven't used it sinceThey come over and turn it on for seconds and tell me it's draining alrightNopeThe bottom of the washer fills up with water and doesn't empty out until about a week has passedThis only scratches the surface of the issues we've had so far and it's only been a weekI would recommend a friend to stay away from this placeIt's stressful and worth the headache to live here
