At this time, I have been contacted directly by T*** Distributors Inc. regarding complaint ID ***, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
We sent a certified mail to both the business address as well as the home address we found on the internet requesting for the
delivery of the cabinets. The letter sent to the home was received and signed for. One week later we received a letter from their lawyer that they have filed bankruptcy. We need to send proof of payment and hope that we will receive something. I am not very hopeful that we will see any of our money. Now need to save up money to order new cabinets. Need to live without a kitchen a little bit longer.
