Hi, My name is *** *** I am the Customer Service/Operations Manager here at The Money Team (Mayweather Merchandise LLC) Thank you for reaching out to us regarding this matter. I have attached a timeline provided by the USPS tracking as well the timeline of the order processing
Below I have also stated some facts. - I personally spoke Mr *** and offered him a credit of $back to his card which he gladly accepted. - The order was placed at around min to the hour of noon on 10/ Which by the time we get notification and process and pack the order it makes it virtually impossibleto get any express mail packges to the post office prior to their daily cutoff for express mail. - The reason why the package was not delivered until 10/was because the address delivery window stated by the post office for that particular address calls for 1-business daysin order to be delivered As you can see the package was guaranteed within that timeframe on the tracking information provided.- In circumstances express mail is delivered within business, however we are bound to the USPS delivery times and in certain cases that guarantee is changed by the USPS to business days. It really sounds as if the customers complaint should be with the USPS for not allowing a faster delivery service to his address from our shipping location here in Las Vegas, NV. We go above and beyond for customers as we want repeat business and I feel we went above and beyond for this customer to even offer him a $refund as a token of our appreciation for his business Most companies in our position would not offer anything in return. I've tried to reach Mr*** by telephone today 11/on both numbers provided but there was no answer So I will leave this in the hands of you all. We are company that services thousands of customers each year and this is the first complaint we've EVER had of this nature We are always willing to work with our customers to find a fair resolution to the problem and I find it unacceptable that this has happened as Mr*** said he felt $refund was fair at the time if we weren't able to recover any funds from the USPS Which we weren't because the package was delivered within their guaranteed timeframe from the point of acceptance. Review: My wife Placed an order on dec 19 2015. Paid extra for 2 day shipping Was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my son. Still as of this date nothing has been delivered. The money has been taken from our bank account by this company. My wife has sent several emails to try to clear up any issues they may be having. She has received a couple of email that had excuses as to why the items we paid for has not been shipped and promised to take care of this matter. They also said they would refund the shipping and send package right away. Still to this day no refund or merchandise. I went several emails most recent being yesterday to once again see what we had to do to get our products that we have already paid for They have stopped responding to my wife and I emails. I would like shipping refunded as promised and our merchandise that has been paid for sent immediately.
