With regard to the complaints submitted by [redacted] to the Revdex.com about the service which was ordered from and responded to by Airport Coach LTD. On 10/16/16 MS. [redacted] made 2 reservations: the first for a trip to [redacted] from her home on 10/17/16; which completed in a timely manner for the quoted...

price and the second for her return trip home on 10/28/16 where we waited at [redacted] for 1 hour only to find out that when we called her, she did want the trip. A confirmation was emailed to her for the trip in question. Each and every confirmation states very clearly our cancellation policy which is as follows: "Cancellation: If you cancel your reservation 15 hours or more hours in advance of the pick up time there will be no charge. If you cancel your reservation with less than 15 hours and more then 6 hours the charge will be billed at 50% of the total price. If you cancel your reservation less than six hours you will be billed at 100% of the total charge." I understand Ms [redacted]'s frustration. We have been in business for 14 plus years and have been very diligent in getting our reservation system in order and with the goal of getting every reservation correct for obvious reasons; this situation being one of them. I can say confidently that we've succeeded here in getting it right. I'm proud to say that in 14 years when we've been at fault we have satisfied our customers complaints. I believe, had Ms [redacted] called before hand we could have been somewhat if not totally conciliatory evidenced by the fact that we don't allow complaints to go unaddressed. Since Oct 28th MS. [redacted] has filed 2 separate complaints with the Revdex.com and probably will continue to do so. She has texted me at least 9 times impugning me and my company. The one time that we spoke over the phone she was dropping [redacted]. That is when I chose to stand for her attempt to bully her way to a refund. We are serious about honoring our obligations to our clientele. There are costs associated even before any passenger gets into our car as we are obligated to pay our driver and all of the attending p/r costs, an airport arrival fee and tunnel tolls. We've also dedicated this vehicle specifically to the customer who made the reservation and lost other income opportunities. Thinking that we have no costs is erroneous just because no ride was afforded. The above factors combined with the fact that Ms. [redacted]'s less than gracious demeanor makes it impossible for me to be conciliatory at this time. to be conciliatory would be rewarding her for bad behavior in addition to adding unnecessary and inappropriate costs in this very competitive environment.

I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted]. Please add your rejection comments below. I vigorously reject the company's response and once again repeat that I never made a return trip reservation,  and that I received  no record of this alleged  reservation before I received an email confirmation on 10/26, two days before this  alleged reservation.  I received a receipt for my ride to the airport on 10/18/26.  I was away from 10/17 until 10/28  and did not have access to my emails until I returned on 10/28.  I received no phone notification of this alleged return reservation during my time away. When I checked my email upon my return, it was then that I saw the confirmation sent on 10/26 for the alleged return reservation 10/28, and an email receipt on 10/30 for a credit card charge for this service.  Evidence that I did not make this reservation is that my driver to the airport told me, upon my asking, that I needed to call the company if I wanted return service.  If the company thought I made a reservation for the return service, they should have called me, and not wait until 10/26 to send me an email confirmation this. Additionally, this confirmation says "Not Specified" for the payment method.  What does that mean? attached are email receipts and email confirmation sent on 1026

Please add your rejection comments below. I would like documentation that I made a reservation for a return visit from the airport on 10/28/16.  This document must be something other than the confirmation you emailed me on 10/26/18.  Also,  you should call the customer to confirm the reservation,, not send an email 2 days before the pick-up.  Every other cab company calls to confirm.  That way, you know that the client has received the confirmation. Also, you should tell your drivers if the passenger has made a return reservation so that he doesn't give misleading information. about the need to call to make this reservation.
