Review: HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. This was my first time using the Monogrammed Martini website. I ordered a monogrammed canvas bookshelf from the online store on 7/22 and the estimated delivery said 5-7 days, meaning a delivery date of 7/30 at the latest. Today is 8/7 and I still haven't received it! It is 7 days late. That's ridiculous! What's also ridiculous is that I have emailed through the website twice with NO RESPONSE and I have called multiple times and no one answers the phone. My CC has already been charged. The "online tracking" system that the company has is absolutely useless. The customer types in their order number and email, and the only information the customer receives is that the item is being "processed." Other companies provide a [redacted] tracking number at least. I will not be recommending this site to anyone! I ordered this well in advance because the latest I wanted the bookshelf was Aug. 8 (tomorrow). I am SO disappointed in this company, and will NEVER be using it again.Desired Settlement: I would really like the bookshelf to be delivered as soon as possible AND I would like a refund of my money for charging me for a product which I have not received, failure to deliver in a timely manner, and poor customer service.

Sometime in early August of this year, I purchased two [redacted] cups from this company and was charged $55. I never received my product. I sent two or three e-mails and received two confirmations that the e-mails were received. I never heard another word from this company.

Review: I ordered a [redacted] on May 22, 2013 from The Monogrammed Martini website. My [redacted] credit card was charged that day for $66.95. My order number is [redacted]. When I clicked on the link that I was given to check the status of my order, it said processing. My "processing" status has not changed since May. It is now August 1, 2013, and my status remains "processing". There is a tab on their website that allows you to send a question to the company. I have done this at least 10 times since June and heard nothing. I always get a confirmation email saying that they have received my request but hear nothing more. I have called their retail store and left messages 4 times. Never talked to a person and no one has called me back. Another number I found for [redacted], the parent company, went straight to a voicemail that said the mailbox was full. I have disputed the charges on my credit card. I am hoping to get my money back. I truly do not know how this company stays in business with such nonexistent customer service. It makes me wonder if this is truly a legitimate business.Desired Settlement: My first request is for the company to fill my order and mail it so that it arrives to the gift recipient by August 7, 2013. If was a gift for a student starting college and she leaves for college on August 9, 2013. Seeing as this will probably not happen, my next request is for a full refund.

Review: I not only have delivery issues with this company, I have customer service issues, being charged for a product from them that has not even been shipped from their so called business's. I say business's because they have multiple "company's" and websites for these so called business's they operate and they all have the same addresses and they have 2 phone numbers listed which one is disconnected and the other one nobody answers, I've been on all their websites and sent multiple emails to their so called fast email customer service, nobody answers the emails either. All I want is my money back with no "restocking" fee from this company since they have a so called 10 day return policy, but yet my 10 days are up and they haven't sent me anything even though it says my order is ready but it shows 0% processed. Which I also sent them a cancelation email within the hour after I placed my order, and called and left voicemails that day and emails no response but yet they can take the money out of my account immediately.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded completely for my canceled order, with no issues from this company because they have horrible customer service and are horrible at any communication with the customer minus taking your money.
