I have read the response by the complainant. The person is of the belief that because we bill different amounts to different addresses and subscribers, that this constitutes an unfair billing practice.If this is correct please let me know so that I may examine ways to resolve the issue. I do not believe that how they bill their customers is fair at all. I am NOT the only person who is upset with this practice, believe me. We have spoken with another neighbor whose bill is even higher than my neighbors. We all have been customers for years or more, I don't understand how they can charge everyone a different price for their newspaper and even saying that there is no "set price" for their paper. Really? I take offense to the comment that I'm upset "that it didn't work out for me"- that is not my point at all! I have paid for weeks of their newspaper- if they want to refund my money I would be VERY happy to take my business to the Elyria *** as will all of my neighbors I am sure!! Thanks

Our company was sent to [redacted] by the manufacturer of the water heater to install a new electric element. Upon seeing the installation location of this product up in the ceiling, we explained to the owner that this was not installed properly. He said "if you can't do the job, then...

leave" (rudely). Our mechanic went up in the ceiling above the bathroom & the helper stayed below. He was unable to drain the tank properly because there was no drain installed with prior installation. The tank did have proper pan under heater, so he removed defective part & installed new one. At that time, water was released out & into pan. The pan overflowed because pan drain plug was never removed from prior installation. The mechanic did the best he could & removed plug. Some water did go through ceiling into alarm box cover. He did clean up & did his best to rectify the situation. Regarding the drop ceilings wh ich were missing & cracked prior to this work, the store was not open for business yet. After this happened, the owner was loud & rude to the helper telling him to get out of the store. My men packed up & cleaned up the best they could, but owner was not happy & continued yelling. There weren't any broken plumbing lines & the tank they were working on only had a 6 gallon capacity. There is no way the damage he is suggesting could be caused by this small amount of water.
