I have lived at Hyde Park Manor for a little over a year now and while I've loved the location, the management is horribleSimilar to what the other reviewer said, management does not call back, everI've called several times asking for a return phone call and they don't until I physically write a letter that include copies of my lease explaining their need to address the situationAmong many other issues, my neighbor ties her dog to our back (outside) staircase where her dog uses the restroomDespite my many calls and voicemails (that they claim they never received), they continue to not address issues like thisThe property is ill-maintained and even their emergency maintenance doesn't come when they say they willI hope to move out soon and hope that others read these reviews and look elsewhere!
I have lived at a property owned by Morris Investment for almost a year nowI loved the location and the neighborsHowever, I have had nothing but problems since I moved inNo one at the rental office will answer/return callsYou will have to call multiple times for someone to pick upJust recently I had to call times in order to get maintenance to come out for a broken toiletThat 8th call was only returned after I told them I was going to call a plumber and bill them laterThings that I pointed out the week I moved in still have not been fixedThe issues that they did “fix” had to be redone because they were not done right the first timeI am not sure about the other locations that they own but the apartments on [redacted] need a lot of workNot only a lot of issues inside the apartments but also outside as wellI live on the 2nd floor and have a deckThe steps going down to the yard are rotten and falling apart, this causes a safety issueIf I knew there would be no communication between the rental company and the tenants I would have never moved in
