I talked to Mr*** on the phone and he explained his issues with his stay to meI checked on these issues and found they were being exaggerated quite a bitYes all the hotels in *** had their rates raised on that special event weekendI explaind it was a special event weekend and told
him the price for a weekendAt checkin he knew what the rate was and if had a problem he should have went somewhere elseI gave him a very large discount and he will not get anything more. Thank you*** ***, GM

I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
Our complaints were accuratethere is no way you can exaggerate what we experienced during our stayI have pictures of the broken hot tub (The many patches on it along with the open cracks in it making it unusable), the nasty curtain, and the broken air conditioner but this website will not let me upload themI will be happy to email them to someone as reference. I wish I had gotten a picture of the blood that was on our blanketIt was not a large spot but regardless it is unacceptable and unsanitaryAnd then for them to not even have an extra blanket for us to use for the night is unheard ofThere is no way to exaggerate what we experienced during our stay and I have pictures to prove itI went in knowing what I was going to be paying for a room for the night but I did not get to see the room before I paidI complained to the lady at the front desk about the hot tub right away after we saw the room, we had left right away so I didn't notice the other things until later that nightIf I had seen the room I would have never paid that price for a room that was not clean and that was in such disrepair
