I am rejecting this response because: I was never in agreement to any fees charged to me for an account that should have been closed for months$should be refunded to me in full for each month

Notified Mossler Firm in May that we wanted to cancel servicesThey said ok and we would receive refund of almost $in -8weeksWe contacted company when we never received refund and the send law firm has changed hands again because they are being sued and we would have to wait longer and we would not receive full refund amount because they are still charging fees

Per the client's request, a full return of the client's funds held in trust was returned to the client on August Check # ***dated 08/14/in the amount of $1, I also left the client a voicemail apologizing for the delay

I have been trying to get a refund for overpayment form this law firm for months I was told in Janthat I would receive my refund in to weeksWhen I call them about this long delay I am told they are sorry but their accounting department has the information but has not done anything about it I asked for a supervisor but none was there and they did not return my calls, three of them Their customer service does nothing for me but say they are sorry but there is nothing they can do I really need my money returned to me

I cancelled my account with the Mossler Firm in June and was told I would receive a refund in 8-weeks Today is September 26, and I have yet to receive it I have called numerous times and spoke with customer service I was told they need to audit my account one time, then I was told they are behind, I was told the accounting department would contact me but that has yet to happen I leave my information to be contacted by a supervisor but I have yet to hear from one I am owed $and I would like it back

I was promised a refund after I closed my account over a year agoIt was supposed to be daysIts been months and they still have not given my money back! I consulted with The Mossler Law Firm DBA: Consumer Credit, for credit counselingI signed a contract and initially paid $beginning August 2017, then $a month for credit counseling/credit consolidation/payment to creditorsI contacted them June 8, to discuss my case and that is when I was advised that nothing had been paid, they were only sending out letters and working on settlement agreements with creditorsI advised that I was under the impression that my creditors would be paid as payments were madeI contacted Consumer Credit again around June 12th or 13th and spoke with a representative, and advised that was looking at working with another debt consolidation company; I called back Friday and spoke with a representative and advised that I wished to discontinue with their serviceI was advised by the rep that I would a $2,refundI have paid them $6,050; and the rep advised that they were keeping $2,for fees and servicesI disputed the amount of my refund

I received a refund check that they owed me,but when deposited the check it was returned for insufficient funds.I call they said fax bank staments of the depositthe fax number they gave did not work.I try calling back and no will answer the phone

I have been dealing with Mossler since to handle an unpaid debt in which I had with Bank of America Credit Card servicesI have had $deducted from my checking account monthly since thenIn July 2017, Mossler informed me that my debt case was going to be handed over to Jerome ***, Consumer Law GroupI am still having $being deducted from account monthly and have not heard anything since July regarding my caseI have already invested a ton of money into Mossler as well as Consumer Law Group and nothing has come from itI am concerned this company is a fraud and are possibly stealing my money

With apologies for the delay to due problems with the firm's servicing company, the client was provided a refund on November in the amount of
",sans-serif>$1782.02. My understanding is that the client was in agreement with this amount once the fees charged had been reviewed and explained to her. If there are any further concerns, we would gladly work with the client to get those concerns resolved

I had an account with this firm for debt consolidation since In August I still had one last debt to settleI called them and was told that debt was written off in 2009, meaning all my debts had been settledSo from January 2016-August they were taking $every monthThey told me they would stop the deductions and someone would be in touch with me to refund my money which totals to $2,Everytime I call they say they will get back to me, they have the wrong routing number, or the check will be mailedI recently called this past Monday and today, I left messages but haven't gotten any responseKeep in mind it's been over a year this past August
