In response to Ms [redacted] 's complaint I would like to submit the following reply: First, Ms [redacted] received $trade in value for her Ford Explorer and was told she would need to pay $deferred down payment by 10/6/and that her first car payment would be due on 10/23/all information was disclosed to her and she signed the contract with all that information on itSecond, Ms [redacted] was told she must maintain full coverage insurance on the Dodge Stratus she was purchasing from us, for the full term of the contractThird, Ms [redacted] never paid her deferred down payment of $on 10/6/Fourth, Ms [redacted] never made her first payment of $on 10/23/Fifth, Ms [redacted] 's insurance company called us on 10/27/and notified us she had canceled her car insuranceSixth, we sent a person to repo the car on 10/27/because we could not get in touch with her and our property was no longer insuredSeventh, We sent a certified letter to Ms [redacted] giving her ten days to redeem the vehicle by paying any past due amounts, reinstating the insurance and paying the repossession costThe letter was returned to us because she was not living at the address she had provided usIn conclusion Ms [redacted] drove our vehicle for over a month and paid nothing but the value of her trade in so she was not entitled to her vehicle and we never heard from her prior to this complaint since the vehicle was repoed [redacted]

information was disclosed to her and she signed the contract with all that information on it. Second, Ms [redacted] was told she must maintain full coverage insurance on the 05 Dodge Stratus she was purchasing from us, for the full term of the contract. Third, Ms [redacted] never paid her deferred down payment of $250 on 10/6/2010. Fourth, Ms [redacted] never made her first payment of $288.32 on 10/23/10. Fifth, Ms [redacted]'s insurance company called us on 10/27/2010 and notified us she had canceled her car insurance. Sixth, we sent a person to repo the car on 10/27/2010 because we could not get in touch with her and our property was no longer insured. Seventh, We sent a certified letter to Ms [redacted] giving her ten days to redeem the vehicle by paying any past due amounts, reinstating the insurance and paying the repossession cost. The letter was returned to us because she was not living at the address she had provided us. In conclusion Ms [redacted] drove our vehicle for over a month and paid nothing but the value of her trade in so she was not entitled to her vehicle and we never heard from her prior to this complaint since the vehicle was repoed. Review: I ordered 2 models from this company on 12/**/2014. I didn't receive them because the company sent my order to another person with the same name. I contacted customer service and they promised to send out another package right away. The package arrived safely on 12/**/2014, however when I opened it, the models I had ordered were not in the box. Instead, 2 different other models were there and they were not new, in-the-box items, but obviously used and damaged before they were packed. Cracked outer case, scratched, and in no original boxes, just wrapped in a piece of bubble wrap. No copy of the order was enclosed. I wanted to find out how to go about returning the wrong models, and sent photos of them with my email to show the damage.

Since that time, I have tried repeatedly to contact them via email, and telephone. I get voicemail to which I have left messages describing the issue and get no response to either contact method. Also, when I tried to log into my account, I get a message saying my account was cancelled, no reason given, and to contact customer service. Obviously that doesn't work, as I have stated. My credit card was charged right after I placed the order, so I am out my money, but still don't have what I ordered. And, I don't think I should have to pay the return shipping costs for the wrong items, since it was the company's mistake that I received them.Desired Settlement: Send me what I ordered, new, in-the-box, and undamaged ASAP. Respond to my calls and emails and tell me why my account has been cancelled. Pay the shipping costs for me to return the wrong items. I have already decided that I will be very reluctant to order anything else in the future.
