Thank you for getting this complaint to us.  We take every complaint very serious.  Going through our records I noticed that the check engine light was from a bad O2 sensor (warranty does not cover O2 sensors) We paid for that, I am not sure what deductible they paid because we paid...

the entire bill.  If they could let me know which shop they took it to I would like to know.  The A/C was paid for on 10/30 and the deductible was waived by the shop (attached is the repair order)  On 3/1 the fuel pump went bad on the vehicle and was covered and deductible waived again.  On 3/4 the reason the head gasket went on the vehicle was because it was involved in a accident cracking the radiator.  The van was continued to be driven for a day till the head gasket blew causing the engine to seize.  Warranty considered this neglect and turned the claim down.  We offered to split the cost and they paid $1000 and we picked up the balance of $1150.  When we heard about the trans slipping we had the owner of the shop we do business with call the customers and they refused for him to pick it up and look at the vehicle.  We will be more than happy to have the shop pick up the van to be looked at to find out what the issues are.

Review: Three months after I purchased car the wheel fell off while I was driving with three people in the car now my radiator is cracked and the windshield wiper fluid container is hanging under the car and not to mention that it was told to me that the car had no prior history of accidents and when I checked the carfax it was in an accident beforeDesired Settlement: I would just like to get my money back and move on from this nonsense

Response:

I talked to Mr. [redacted] last week and thought this was resolved? We had a carfax that we showed Mr [redacted] at the time of purchase we pulled the carfax on 5/8 Mr. [redacted] purchased the vehicle on 5/10 the accident happened back in 2002. Regarding the radiator did Mr. [redacted] ever file a claim with the warranty company?

Response:

I am rejecting this response because:

I am not doubting the fact that the vehicle has been in an accident, as I had to print my own carfax report, my problen is that it was told to me that the car was never in an accident when I was purchasing it and come to find out when I askes to speak to the salesman he was fired after I purchased the vehicle and as far as filing with warranty company I asked what was covered and the main issues seem to not be covered according to the motor zone. And now all of a sudden my trunk is popping open while I am driving this vehicle is becoming more and more unsafe as the weeks pass.
