Hello -- thanks for the feedback Could you help me understand where we stated that you would be driving around a "road course" race track? All our marketing and advertising collateral states that this is an Autocross event, which takes place in a parking lot course *** is a
facility that offers different venues, a Road Course, a Dragstrip, Autocross courses and many more At the same time, we have no purchase history of your transaction since you purchased your experience from *** Please contact *** directly at ***@***.com or *** and tell them what happened and that you weren't clear on what the experience was and you would like a refund I'm sure they are more than willing to help Cheers, ***

I have attached a copy of the *** voucher No where on it does it state that this is an Auotcross event It says "Three laps in *** with video, redeem at *** *** ***" As I stated in my initial complaint, this is misleading.I am well aware of the different events that take place at PIR, having participated in numerous track days, auto crosses, and driving schools there But again, your voucher stated laps at ***, nothing about it being an autocross.I have contacted *** and they will not issue a refund unless a business has closed

Thanks for the feedback.  Again, I can't help you as I have no record of any purchase as our company didn't sell you the experience did and [redacted] did.  I copied our [redacted] representative, [redacted] to this eMail -- [redacted] can you give us a hand for a refund on this kind gentleman?  He was confused on his purchase.  As an FYI, the deal that was purchased states Autocross:  https://www.[redacted].com/deals/the-motorsport-lab-northwest and there's a PDF of the website.  As you can see, it's highlighted as an Autocross Experience at [redacted].  There is no indication that we offered a "road course" event.  Again, I apologize if you thought it was, but I wanted to clarify what was purchased.  The image of that you showed me was a voucher that was issued after you purchased off the website link I shared above.Thanks,[redacted]

When I purchased the [redacted], nowhere on the page did it reference an autocross event.  And based on the numerous negative reviews and comments online from people with the exact same complaint, my guess is you changed the wording after the fact.
