The customer has filed an A to Z claim for a full refund and *** has denied the claimShe also has harassed us with complains and negative feedback which *** has removedOur shipping policy is very clear when it comes to customer remorse purchasesFollowing is our response to *** in regards to the A to Z claimI believe it states our position clearly*** has ALL information to make the decision and they denied customers claims(Tuesday, February 3, Hello, I am sorry but this customer is % wrong for blaming us and now saying the item is not as describedIn her first e-mails there was nothing mentioned of there being any problem with what she received other than she thought she bought something elseThis is the first complaint: 'I thought there were supposed to be six frames in the package - there is only one frame' The listing clearly says it is a poster and not framesThe six pack poster is the name of the movie poster she bought with the frameThe Movie stars *** ***No where does it say you are getting framesThe title of the listing is: ' Six Pack x Movie POSTER - Style A - in Deluxe Wood Frame' Please note it says POSTERIn the product description it says: ' •Six Pack x Movie Poster - Style A - in Deluxe Wood Frame •Size is provided by the manufacturer and may not be exact •Please enlarge the image in the listing before purchasing - The *** image in this listing is a digital scan of the POSTER that you will receive Clearly it says on a number of occasion this is a movie poster in a Deluxe Wooden FrameEven with all this information the buyer has also sent me an e-mail in which she admits she does not even look at the image' 'I don't go by what the picture looks like - the discription clearly stated 'Pack'I ordered other poster frames on *** and when they said, 'Pack' that meant frames came with it.' Not sure where she gets pack from in this statement however, she clearly does not look at the images, as she admits, she does not read the title of the listing which clearly says movie poster and she also does not read the products descriptionI have told the buyer that even though she is liable for this I would accept the return however she must pay the restocking fee as outlined in my shipping policyWe have to pay people to mount the poster, the backing etcWe also have to pack the item and pay to have it shippedPlease keep in mind this is a x inch product sent by *** and costs quit a bit to shipThis is a brand new product custom made at the time of the order and NOT a used itemPlease note in her first few e-mails there was nothing wrong with the item other than she thought she bought something elseAgain I have no problem with the customer returning the item however we will need a tracking number so we know when it arrives and we will deduct the restocking feeThe customer should take responsibility when they buy something and actually look at the image, read the title of the listing and also the product descriptionThere is nothing misleading about the listing and there is nothing wrong with the item she received as it is exactly what she purchasedAgain, please look at the listing It clearly says POSTER in wood frame singular not pluralPlease also look the imageThanks *** I have refunded customers payment minus the $restocking fee as per our shipping policy as listed in the transaction: Returns: Once an order is in processing it cannot be canceledIf you do not want the order you will have to return it at your costPlease note that there is a $ restocking fee on all poster returnsFor Pre-framed x Posters the restocking fee is $ and for x Pre-framed posters the restocking fee is $ Please note the buyer is responsible for return shipping cost and any damages to the itemAll returns require a return authorization number which you must obtain from us before sending any item back.Sent on: 2/17/2:12:PM
