couch over the porch given the door was locked and he did not have the key. Therefore we tried to unlock/pick the lock to open the door to remove the sofa. He had way more stuff then he told us he had to move, and we sent another guy to help move it for free, at no cost to him, which would have been $35 cost. Everything went perfect until the China broke, which was being moved by a dolly. His actual bill was $802 less the $75 credit we gave him for china and picture. We feel we were more than accommodating, we went above and beyond with the situation at hand. We do not feel that another credit is due to the consumer.
