We hired Move-Big Movers to help move items from our storage to our house We were advised to contact the movers by Ronnie B [redacted] from The Moving FirmI called the number provided by Ron to confirm the appointment, but reached the voicemail The following day, I called again to confirm our appointment, and again reached a voicemail I left a voicemail and never received a call back My wife contacted me showing text messages from Ronnie that were very passive aggressive Ron was very unprofessional accusing her of not calling to confirm the appointment and stating his phone is always on 24/ Ron then stated that he prides himself and respected for his communication skills and he needed to be contacted or else we would be delayed in service When my wife stated to Ron that we tried to contact the number that he left in the email and voicemail there was no answer; as well as before he accuses customers of lack of communication skills he needs to make sure he checks the phone number he supplied us, Ron stated that my wife doesn't need to be so upset over something so petty, and they don't hate or judge people Ron was very unprofessional and I left a voicemail stating my displeasure of how he treated my wife I want to show and express my concern with his lack of customer service and unprofessionalism

Review: The movers for this company ruined my couch and put holes in and scratched my walls. When I called to complain, [redacted] put the blame on me, saying that I insisted on getting the couch upstairs and saying that I waited too long to complain about it. I waited one week, because I moved my furniture in, but did not take residence until a week later and realized the damage. He ended up calling me back after a heated conversation and said he would pay 80% of what it costs to get the couch fixed by a local leather repair shop. He said it would probably cost him about $200.00. He then called me back stating that, based on photographs alone, that the repair shop would not be able to fix the couch. He stated he would pay me $200.00. I initially agreed, he came to my house a month after this phone call. When I inquired about the validity of the 'leather repair shop' he became irate and left my house without paying me anything. He said he would submit a claim to the insurance company, I have not heard anything and it's been 3 weeks.Desired Settlement: At the very least, I would like to be refunded the moving costs, which totaled $345.95.
