The Mower Shop understands Mr*** concerns. 7/4/
We replaced the carburetor, air filter, spark plug, along with the
related gaskets and maintenance partsThe unit was adjusted and running to factory specifications when it was picked up on 3/10/
After Mr*** brought the unit back to us on 6/30/14, we evaluated the engine and discovered the thermostatic choke was not working properly and caused the spark plug to become fouled
Within hours of bringing the unit to us, we replaced the choke assembly and the spark plug. We only charged Mr*** for the two parts; we did not charge Mr*** any laborAnd the unit was running to factory specs when he picked the unit up on 7/1/
Because we repair thousands of machines every year, scenarios like this happen on occasionWe can’t predict what parts will fail, when they will fail, or what other parts will be affected when they doWe feel The Mower Shop did stand behind the work that was performed in March That is why we only ask for parts reimbursement and we absorb the cost of labor
We are sorry for the inconvenience of a failed part, but we feel that we gave him good service by getting him in, and back out quickly

lol we been tring to resolve this for 11...

months .
no one has contacted me yet . they have my phone number , and my address. I talked 2 4 different people their .... they said were working on it . forgot to order parts. I like this one
((((we cant find a big enough box.))) harsvana spoce to ship you them. the guy that u need to talk to is not here right ill have him call u .. (no one called) we ordered them and they r here waiting to ship them out. there not here yet. what parts do u need. and the list gos on and on
I WILL WAIT AGAIN 4 THERE RESPONCE.

It is Monday August 3, 2015 @ 2:24pm and we still have not heard from Mr. [redacted]. We've made attempts to contact him but have failed. All of his parts are boxed up and ready for him when he contacts us.

Spoke by phone with the consumer on 9/24/15. He received the requested parts and the complaint has been resolved.
