This is in response to the Muck Truck Septic Service response to our complaintWe did call the Muck Truck to tell them that they had damaged our rose bush while emptying our tankThey acknowledged the damage and offered us $to replace the rose bush, which we acceptedNo complaints with thatWhen the company returned with the $we asked them to also move the chicken pen back to it's original locationThe Muck Truck had moved the chicken pen while emptying the tankWe're not sure if it was moved on purpose or by accidentThey moved the pen back to it's original location and leftWhen my son arrived home from school he checked the chicken pen and informed me the door and chicken ladder had been damagedThat prompted our second call to the Muck TruckWhen my husband arrived home from work my son told him he should look at the mess the Muck Truck had left in the yard and roadAs shown in the pictures my husband discovered approximately to gallons of raw sewage had been spilled in the yard and road where the Muck Truck had set and ran the hose up the hill to the septic tankThere is no damage to our septic systemThis is not from a leak or overflow from rain it was obviously spilled by the Muck TruckThe driver most likely disconnected the hose before completely draining the sewage from the hose or the hoses came disconnected during the process of emptying the tankOnly the driver knows the answer to thatThe discovery of the sewage on the yard and road prompted our third call to the Muck TruckDuring that third call the Muck Truck argued that they did not dump the sewage and it was probably overflow from the rain and we should call a repairmanThat is not the caseOur system is not damaged or overflowingThat indifference to the raw sewage they left in our yard and the damage to the chicken coop led to our final call to the Muck Truck by my husband and our call to the Revdex.comOur neighbor also called the Muck Truck to complain about the raw sewage left in the road and on the road bank in front of her houseShe called the Muck Truck because it was obvious the sewage was from a spill during the pumping process and not a leak in the sewer systemShe will confirm that with anyone willing to talk to her.At no time did anyone other than the Muck Truck driver come to our property to look at the sewage in the yard and the damage to the chicken coop to discover for themselves what had actually happened.Instead they chose to argue and deny the truth.I will send the pictures in a separate email
