I went to visit a friend in Ohio and they use Master Clean after the party we had, I was amazed to see how good the clean the carpet after I spill some wine on my friend carpet , I always appreciate good service I definitely recommend Master Clean to our friends and use them again in the future!

I will not recommend this company to anyone they to do two different areas and did not do a good job either time

I have hired D&J Master Clean to clean my carpetsPrior to this I moved out furniture and painted the house (to get it ready for sale) Carpet cleaning was done on 10/26/by two technicians around 1pmThat evening I discovered two corners (one on 1st floor & one on 2nd floor) had damageThe damage consisted of corner of the wall being damagedI suspect by the hoses being pulled across the corners (you can see on attached pictures the shearing effect)This required me to repair this damage over separate days (there were paint colors involved)I contacted the owner about addressing this issue via e-mail on October 30, He replied to me telling me that such damage is not possible, it is to feet up the wall and was done by furniture movingBut this is not correctPhotos (see attached) show damage as low as 4in off the groundThere were technicians out that day that can verify that no furniture was present in the house when they came to clean itI
