I pulled my car out of the garage and on to the driveway so that Gene?s Plumbing could access my water heater Two plumbers (*** and a helper) from Gene?s Plumbing came to my home to install the new hot water heater
After the two Gene?s Plumbing employees left, I went to the driveway to bring my car back into the garage and noticed that there was a fresh scratch on the rear driver?s side of my car This was the side of my car on which their two trucks had been parked while they were installing my new water heater I know this was a fresh scratch because it wasn?t there when I pulled the car out of the garage In addition, I had just gotten my car out of the repair shop due to a car accident in which a UPS employee had run into the back of my car When the car was repaired, the repair shop repainted the back of my car??dents and a fresh coat of paint I have all of the paper work to prove it

I called Gene?s plumbing and spoke to Gen

Toilet was backed upThey ran a machine for a very short time to unstopThe helper in the yard commented they didn't run the machine but a few seconds Three days later my toilet was completely stopped up again My toilet has not been stopped up in years or more It was at the end of the day and I feel that the workers did not completely unplug my toilet I had to call them days later again for the same problem I feel I was double charged because they did not get my plumbing unstopped properly I was charged $the first time and a $days later I will never use them again

I brought my vehicle (2009 Audi Q5) into your place for a standard oil change and alignment where it took approximately 10 mins for someone to come to the front since he was in the back on the phone and from the conversation overheard didn't sound work related. A[redacted] gentleman finally came to the front and received my information for my vehicle and description of what I wanted. [redacted] I asked approximately how long would it take and he said a couple hours. Approximately 3 hours later I arrived there where my vehicle was finally being brought into the bay. I understand it was busy and waited in the waiting room. Once the alignment and oil change was done I paid and took my vehicle home.

During the week I have noticed that I started to receive some pretty bad oil spots on my driveway and was curious where it was coming from. I noticed it was my vehicle and I called the North London location and notified them about my situation where they told me to bring it back in. Now taking a second day off to do a simple oil change and alignment I had to bring it back to them where they looked at it and told me they just over filled the engine. [redacted] I also asked him about the damage to my driveway where he said that I can buy some degreaser, which I feel I shouldn't have to pay for, to fix my driveway. [redacted] Once they replaced it I had to leave the under carriage, where the sponge was completely soaked of oil, overnight to dry up. At this point I am completely frustrated and felt that I have waisted a lot of my time which shouldn't have been taken.

To top everything off I have just purchased new winter tires from [redacted] and they notified me where my alignment is still off on my vehicle when they were balancing and installation. [redacted]
