We received a gift card for my sons bday for the Munchkin Patch on July I placed an order that same day A few days later received an email stating the boots were no longer in that color but came in a black size but the underwear was discontinuedSure, that was fine Then a couple weeks went by and still no package so I contacted them regarding my package, the refund & the remaining balance on the gift card She gave me a Tracking # for Canada Post, when I went into it it said there was no item or parcel to this # and she credited my CC & refund for remainder of balance on card was in store/online Still emailing them back and for every couple days about my parcel, I checked Canada Post on July and it finally said there was a label purchased but no item to it & their website said my order status was "partially shipped" She then tells me on the 24th of July that the boots have been shipped and should receive in 1-business daysSo I'm just a little frustrated I put a review on their FB page, no different than I'm saying to you and they blocked me, deleted my comment but there are plenty of other bad reviews on their FB page with them not emailing their customers back, people not getting their orders or taking forever and wondering the status, so I am not the only one that has not gotten anywhere with them When I call & talk to someone the gal told me that Canada Post does not update their website & it isn't always accurate But then says they put insurance and completely tracking on every package that goes out

Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 8, 2015/10/30) */ Hello [redacted] , I am the other manager of The Munchkin Patch, LarissaI have looked at this with the other manager who you spoke and dealt with, HollyShe claims she did say to you they were final sale (when you came to the store, she never said she forgot to mention they were final sale as I was in the back and heard the conversationShe said she forgot to write it down on the receipt) The Final Sale Sign on sale rack items are stated behind the till on the wallAs well as the policy for bathing suits that are non-exchangeable which I am sure every one would be happy to hear since it is a very personal item I hope this explanation helps you, Larissa

I absolutely love the Munchkin Patch!
The customer service is excellent and the sales associates will try and do anything they can to help the client
I always buy presents for my friends' children from this store and never had a problem
I love their natural products, in special the vegan (organic) shampoo, conditioner and body cream for children
The cute outfits are so different from most storesI just love love love them all!
I am always recommending this store to my friends and family
They are local and they are just awesome!

I had the most terrible experience with this companySpeaking to Larissa wpherself who is apparently the manager which makes it even worseWas promised dresses for my daughter she birthdaysdespite multiple emails and messages through website, through *** and direct email I received no responses to follow up on my order that I was concerned aboutI finally received a message days left to my girls party that I couldn't get the dresses as hey would have to absorb $to get it to me in the time they promised which they didn't want to doWhen I tried to work something out they said they never received my messages....interestingCostumer service was horrid

Absolutely horrible serviceAfter ordering a dress in November and not being told it was a preorder I cancelled my orderAfter multiple emails, I was told I would receive a refund to my credit cardAfter that a few weeks later had still not received a refundAlso multiply emails I had to responseWas told a month later that refunds are not available only store creditAfter being told I would recieve a refundNo where oThe website does it say no refunds only store creditsThis all started in November and now it is the end of February no one is returning my emails or wishes to be contacted and I have not been refundedWould not recommend this company to anyone
