I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. The Derry Water Authority failed to provide factual information. We were without water for 9 days, the line was frozen correct, but on there end. Which is why they had to replace there own lines. A public service company provides a service, which in this case they failed to do. As a result of there negligence my family, along with a elderly neighbor were without water for a inexcusable length of time. As well this cost us financially. There are standard ethical practices that are to be upheld by public service companies, and in this case were not. I do not accept the story that Amy presented, and this was only ruled upon, based on her story, the board, along with herself failed to hear both sides. How do you rule on one side? Seems clear what is going on.
