Bureau on 4/23/2015. In the last six months of billing [redacted] account we have only received one payment from him. We mailed his bills on the following dates: 11/19/14,12/17/14, 1/15/15, 2/18/15, 3/18/15, and 4/16/15. We also mailed past due reminder notices on the following dates: 1/7/15, 2/9/15, 3/9/15, and 4/8/15. We mailed [redacted] a total of six bills and four past due notices within the last six months and have only received one payment. We have not had any of the bills or notices returned to us from the post office. We have return service request with the post office, therefore if a bill is non deliverable or unable to be forwarded or delivered we receive it back at our office.Our policy is if a customer is past due on their sewage bill we post the property for nonpayment of sewage services with the intent to terminate water service. On 2/26/15 [redacted] property was posted for nonpayment of sewage services. Once a property is posted a $25.00 fee is automatically added to the account to cover paperwork costs and also the service man paid to post the property. At this time his account was already past due three months. The due date of this notice was 3/4/15. Since the amount was not paid by the due date the account was sent to the Water Authority for water termination due to nonpayment of sewage services on 3/5/15. Once an account is sent for water termination an additional $50.00 fee is automatically added to the account to cover all paperwork and also the service man scheduled to perform the turn offs. Reasons unknown to M.A.C.M, the Water Authority was unable to terminate water service at that time. On 4/10/15 the customer made a payment in the amount of $75.00. The account was still past due 3+ months after that payment was received, therefore the property was posted again on 4/20/15 with the S25.00 posting fee added to the account.On all four past due notices mailed, it clearly states that if the past due amount is not paid that the account would be in jeopardy of being posted which would result in an additional $25.00 fee. On both posting notices posted to the property it clearly states that if the balance is not paid by the due date an additional $50.00 administrative fee will be added to the account.When [redacted] contacted M.A.C.M on 4/23/15 regarding his bill and the fees he was extremely agitated. He did not give the supervisor an opportunity to explain his account history or an opportunity to help him in any way. He abruptly hung up on the supervisor who was trying to help him and immediately contacted the Revdex.com. We always strive to give all of our customer’s excellent customer service and assist them in any way possible. It can become very frustrating when a customer is immediately hostile upon answering the telephone and continues to carry a hostile tone throughout the conversation.Due to the fact that the Water Authority was unable to terminate water service when we originally scheduled it, we will remove the $50.00 shut off fee as a one-time courtesy.We would also like to extend the offer for [redacted] to receive his monthly bill via e-mail instead of them being delivered by mail. This would ensure he would receive his bill in a timely manner each month.Sincerely, [redacted]

Review: THEY CONTINUE TO POST AND CHARGE EXCESSIVE FEES. I HAD A US MAIL ISSUE. EXPLAINED TO SUPERVISOR AND THEY COULD CARELESS. THE FEES ARE MORE THEN MY BILL. $100.00, $25.00 FEES, $7.00 LATE FEES. UNREAL, THE P.U.C. WAS TOLD AS WELL. LOOKING INTO OTHER OPTIONS. LEGALLY AND ATTY. GENERALS OFFICEDesired Settlement: REFUND OF SOME FEES AND STOP THE POSTINGS
