I spoke with a Brian W*** at Bill Estes Ford October he stated that the registration paperwork was completed May and all I had to do was go to the BMV to get my vehicle registeredI told Brian that I did go the BMV May and I was unabe to register the vehicle due to the fact I did not have all the paperwork needed to register it and have tried several times to get the paperwork needed from them to do so with no luckRegarding their repair issues they offered to take $of the $bill for repairs that I did not authorizeWhen I spoke to Andy the GM he told the service advisor Dennis they needed to work with me on the bill, When I went to Bill Estes to check and see what they had worked out on the bill they said the vehicle was done and I owed $after they took off $I told Brian I did not feel I owed the money they were asking seems how it was their fault they left the motor mount undone that crushed the AC line after changing the water pump and since the left that motor mount undone it caused the other two mounts to go badBrian assured me that if I left my vehicle up there ay longer they would be charging me additional money for storageI asked Brian if they would consider working something out on a different vehicle and he said sure as long as you have a lot of money down, I also asked him if they would purchase my vehicle back due to the fact my wife and I don't feel safe after they willingly left a motor mount undone on our car and Brian said noI told Brian I did not feel it was right for me to pay for their Techs mistake.

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.We went in on Monday to trade the Saturn out, Andy had told us that he had spoke with [redacted] from the Revdex.com and explained to her that Bill Estes Ford was going to eat the bill on the Saturn, Andy furthermore said that [redacted] told him that the Revdex.com did not think Bill Estes had or needed to do that. We went in their to get out of this Saturn that their mechanic forgot to tighten the motor mount that caused more damage and we felt that if they did that what else would go wrong on this car and feel unsafe driving it after they say it was once again Road Worthy... Bill Estes Ford went through the motions of trading out the Saturn but had no real intentions on helping us nor understanding the WHY's of our concerns, To Bill Estes our concerns with service and sales did go unheard without any concerns with their customer, we feel there was never any real intentions to trade in but only to appease all involved. Andy W[redacted] did say the damage could have been mechanic error. I was going to leave the Saturn there but after all this we felt it would be best not to have any other dealings with this business. They truly live by the bigger businessman motto.

We have agreed with the customer to unwind this transaction. We have gotten our truck back and paid the necessary fees to unwind the bank loan.
