I received a call from this company. I have someone that we've been working with for years that does a good job and I didn't want to replace. But I do have someone that has taken our money and has been lying to us for the past couple of months. So I asked what can you do about this. Boy they jumped all over themselves to find out about this guy/Company. I told them I didn't have authorization yet and that I needed to talk with the boss first. Curtis calls me back and tells me what all he found on the guy and he wants to talk with my boss. I tell him he's not in and it will be the next day before I see him. Curtis calls back the next day and I told him we were going to take it to a lawyer and didn't need his help, but thank you anyway. He asked if I had anyone in 90 day and I said we had a person that handles it and he said "Well does he have license to do it?" I said I didn't know and didn't really care, he gets the job done. He tells me we can get sued, and I said thank you anyway and hung up. Here's the kicker...my boss asked me if I turned the guy over to collections and I said "no, why?" he said Curtis called him and harassed him, then told him to watch out for us. SERIOUSLY? What a tool. And the funny thing is, I just realized this morning I have a 1,400.00 acct I am sending to collections and was thinking about giving the guy a chance. Well not now I'm not.
